A Foundation Built on Trust, Precision & Vision

Döwlet Gurluşyk Economic Society was founded in Ashgabat in 2010 as a full-service general contractor. Among our earliest projects was the six-building campus of the Türkmen State Institute of Culture, completed in 2011 — the main academic building, a dormitory, the National Conservatory music school, a 600-seat school, a kindergarten and two residential towers. It set the pattern for how we work: design, procurement and construction managed by one team, to one standard.

Since then we have delivered 30 projects: a regional library and a rehabilitation boarding school in Lebap; resort complexes in Awaza; residential towers in Ashgabat and Türkmenbaşy; office, banking and government buildings in the new Ahal administrative centre; border-guard complexes and industrial plants; and, beyond Turkmenistan, an embassy residence in Tashkent and a 540-seat school in Tajikistan. Today our largest project to date — a 4,000-seat multipurpose cultural centre in Ashgabat — is under construction, alongside the second phase of Arkadag city.
